SUMMARY:Deadline to Apply for Delaware College Scholars Program
DESCRIPTION:Current 10th graders with a 3.0 GPA or higher\, or top 20% of their class\, are invited to apply. Preference is given to first-generation college-going students and students from low-income homes. The residential program is planned for late June\, when students will stay on the Delaware State University campus and receive academic supports\, learn about the college process\, go on college tours and make new friends from across the state. Students will return after grades 11 and 12 and receive supports throughout their college experience as well.

DESCRIPTION:All 9th graders and 10th – 11th graders with a GPA of 3.0 or higher are invited to register. This program is designed to teach youth about the college admissions process\, strengthen their understanding of habits of academic success\, become acquainted with incredible summer opportunities\, and learn how to build a strong leadership profile. Most importantly\, students will learn how to attend college with little to no debt. The Bootcamp is free and will take place virtually from April 1st – 4th\, 2024.
